驗參考

察 BibTeX 之目以求全、準、一。此術涵:依目類驗必域、經 CrossRef API 解 DOI、察 URL 之達、識重目、並出依嚴重分疾之結構驗報。確 .bib 文於渲前已備可發。

用時

  • 合多源之參考之後
  • 引現訛而需診 .bib 之疾
  • 為版控項目中 .bib 文之 CI 察

  • 必要:.bib 文之徑
  • 可選:驗層(basicstandardstrict;默:standard
  • 可選:是否在線察 DOI 解(默:TRUE
  • 可選:是否察 URL 之達(默:TRUE
  • 可選:出報之徑(默:印於控)
  • 可選:CrossRef API 之郵以入禮池(大文宜)

第一步:裝載諸需包

得:諸包載而無訛。

敗則:httr2 不可得者,以 install.packages("httr2") 裝。無 curl 頭之系統:sudo apt install libcurl4-openssl-dev

第二步:析而盤點

得:諸目類之結(article、book、inproceedings 等)與總計合 @type{ 塊之數。

敗則:析訛示 BibTeX 形劣。察括不配、域間缺逗、或 UTF-8 字無效。

第三步:依目類驗必域

敗則:此步本地行而宜不敗。若敗,驗第二步 .bib 之析正。

得:每 DOI 解成(CrossRef 之 HTTP 200)。無 DOI 之目標為信。

敗則:網訛或限頻生警而非硬敗。設 email 參以入 CrossRef 禮池得高限。

得:結構 markdown 報,依嚴重列諸疾。

  • 諸目皆有其類之必域(域察無訛)
  • 諸 DOI 皆解為有效 CrossRef 錄
  • 參考中無重 DOI
  • 諸 URL 可達(HTTP 200 或重導)
  • 驗報生而無 R 訛
  • 為可發之參考者,報中零訛

  • DOI 形不一:DOI 或為 10.1234/...https://doi.org/10.1234/...、或 doi:10.1234/...。較前先範化
  • CrossRef 限頻:未證請限約 50/秒。常用 email 參入禮池得高限
  • URL 暫敗:學服偶超時。失之 URL 標斷前重試一次
  • 目類變:BibLaTeX 用 @online,BibTeX 用 @misc。驗者宜處兩種
  • 假重:「Introduction」「Methods」之題觸模糊配。手察所標重
  • 舊作無 DOI:2000 年前之發常無 DOI。標為信非訛
