What is this MCP

The Armor Crypto MCP is a Model Context Protocol server that enables AI agents to interact with the cryptocurrency ecosystem. It provides tools for wallet management, trading (swaps, DCA, stop loss, take profit), staking, token analysis, and cross-chain transactions. Currently in alpha with Solana support, it's designed to eventually support multiple blockchains including Ethereum, Bitcoin, and others through a unified interface.

How to use this MCP

To use the Armor Crypto MCP, you need an API key obtained via an Armor NFT. After installing Python and uv, configure your AI agent (Claude Desktop, Cline, n8n, etc.) with the MCP server settings. For Claude Desktop, add the configuration to the developer settings file with your API key. The MCP server runs via uvx and exposes crypto-related tools to your AI agent.

This MCP enables AI agents to perform various cryptocurrency operations including: creating and managing crypto wallets, executing swaps and trades, setting up automated trading strategies (DCA, limit orders), staking tokens, analyzing token trends and statistics, and managing cross-chain transactions.
