Instructions
Part 1: Create Your Mass Movement
Three required elements:
1. Charismatic Leader — Choose your type:
- The Leader — Lead by example, demonstrate success (best when you've achieved results)
- The Adventurer — Take followers on a journey (best when discovering alongside audience)
- The Reporter — Bridge between experts and audience (best when newer but passionate)
2. New Opportunity — Design a vehicle switch, not an improvement offer:
- Identify the result your audience wants
- Identify their current vehicle (what they're doing now)
- Create your opportunity switch (new vehicle with a proprietary name)
- Key: "It's not about eating less, it's about eating right for YOUR metabolism"
3. Future-Based Cause — Unite the tribe:
- Create a rallying cry/slogan
- Name your tribe (e.g., "Funnel Hackers")
- Write an "I am ___" identity statement
- Design milestone awards for progress
Part 2: Break False Beliefs
Find the Big Domino — the ONE belief that makes buying inevitable:
"If I can make people believe that [new opportunity] is the key to [desired result] and is only available through [my framework], then all other objections become irrelevant."
Then break three false belief patterns using Epiphany Bridge stories:
| Belief Type | What It Is | Story Structure |
|---|---|---|
| Vehicle | "This approach doesn't work" | Backstory → Wall → Epiphany → Transformation |
| Internal | "I can't do this" | Same structure, focused on self-doubt |
| External | "My circumstances prevent this" | Same structure, focused on obstacles |
Part 3: Structure the Perfect Webinar
| Section | Duration | Content |
|---|---|---|
| Intro | 5-10 min | Hook with promise, establish credibility, preview offer |
| Secret #1 | 15-20 min | The One Thing — breaks Vehicle belief |
| Secret #2 | 15-20 min | The Hidden Benefit — breaks Internal belief |
| Secret #3 | 15-20 min | The New Opportunity — breaks External belief |
| Stack & Close | 20-30 min | Present Stack Slide, trial closes, urgency, CTA |
Trial closes throughout: "Can you see why this is important?" → "Can you see how this could work for you?" → Pattern of "yes" makes final purchase natural.
Part 4: Build the Stack Slide
- Define core offer
- Add bonuses addressing each false belief
- Add fast-action bonus
- Assign value to each element (total should be 10x the price)
- Reveal actual price after building full value
Part 5: Design the Value Ladder
Package expertise at multiple price points:
| Level | Format | Fulfillment |
|---|---|---|
| Free | Content, lead magnet | DIY |
| $7-27 | Book | DIY |
| $97-997 | Online course | DIY |
| $997-2,997 | Group coaching | Do it with you |
| $10K+ | Mastermind / 1-on-1 | Done for you |
Validation checkpoint: Before building higher-tier offers, verify you have testimonials and case studies from lower tiers.
Examples
Example: Fitness Coach
- Leader type: Adventurer ("I was 50 lbs overweight, tried everything, until I discovered...")
- New opportunity: "The Metabolic Reset Method" (not "fix your diet")
- Tribe: "Reset Warriors"
- Big Domino: Hormone optimization → lasting weight loss → only through Metabolic Reset
- Stack: 12-Week Program ($1,997 value) + Hormone Guide ($297) + Meal Templates ($197) + Community ($497) + Kickoff Call ($297) = $3,285 value → Price: $497
